1. Cancellation Policy

• Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this time frame, you will not be charged for the session.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.

• No-Show: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Reschedule Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another client.

• Late Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 24 hours of the session, the same rescheduling fee will apply, and the session will be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Exceptions

In some cases, such as illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a more flexible cancellation/rescheduling policy at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptional circumstances.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available for prepaid sessions if the cancellation occurs 24 hours or more in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, refunds will not be issued.

5. Booking Confirmation

Once you book a session, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and details of the service. Please review these details carefully to ensure accuracy.
