Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

1.1. To cancel or reschedule a session, Clients must provide Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness with notice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

1.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the session's fee.

2. Cancellation by Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness

2.1. Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to emergencies, staff illness, or events beyond our control.

2.2. In the event of a cancellation by Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a time convenient for the Client. If rescheduling is not possible, the Client will be issued a full refund.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Cancellations made by the Client within the specified notice period are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made by the Client with less than the specified notice period may result in the forfeiture of the session's fee.

• Cancellations by Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness are eligible for a full refund.

4. Rescheduling

4.1. Clients are permitted to reschedule a session by providing 24 hours notice in advance of the scheduled appointment.

4.2. The rescheduled session should occur within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

5. Non-Attendance (No-Show)

5.1. If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the session fee will be forfeited.

6. Exceptions

6.1. Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may prevent Clients from providing advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In such cases, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Aphreya's Cosmic Wellness.
