We see a lot of chaos from your world affecting the soul being of you. Yet, there is also peace in some parts in your world. As my channeler, Lilian, discussed this "blog" term with us, this will be the first "blog" that is channelled as we continue to write our book we are working on. Consider this as a teaching guide by us, the Pleiadeans, as we will continue to write short teachings in the term of "blog".
Let us now discuss our first blog: Unlocking the Power of Meditation For Inner Peace.
The power of meditation comes from within YOU. It is how you perform your meditation that makes it "powerful", in your sense. Although meditation does have its own power that ignites your power within you. We will discuss the interconnections of meditation, the ignition of its power and how peace is established.
Please take in mind that these teachings are healing methods of the Pleiades. Let us now continue with these teachings.
Interconnections of Meditation
Meditation has been around for eons and for thousands of years on your planet. We recommend you apply the teaching methods on your planet taught by your ancestors as they were taught by us. Meditation consists of many links, or strings, that are attached to one pillar: meditation. We will discuss a few of those links, or strings as guidance to start incorporating meditation in your lifestyle.
The first link or string is stillness. Stillness requires you to be in a "pause" mode of action. What we mean by that is what you are doing at this very time, pause for a moment. This "pausation" allows you to connect back within yourself. A reconnection with your own being.
The second link or string is quietness. We ask most of you to quieten YOU for a few moments because you are always on the move, always thinking, and doing many tasks at once. When you are quiet, you mind is quiet. It may be difficult to declutter the thoughts in your mind, however, the more practice, the better you get. Decluttering your thoughts sets your mind free. It is like emptying a shelf of many trinkets or objects. The emptiness is the freedom.
The third link or string is space. We speak of space as in the stars and planets in space. The vast space in Space, when visualised, creates the freedom in your mind. The freedom to travel anywhere you please.
The fourth link or string is comfortable position. . Being in a comfortable position while meditating is one of the most important aspects. This is because when you are comfortable, you are relaxed and relaxation puts you in a meditative state. A comfortable position is either sitting upright on a chair or floor, or lying down either flat or in an inclined position. Finding your comfortable position will get you started on your meditative journey.
Applying the four links or strings of meditation as we mentioned earlier will help you open your meditation's first journey. Applying meditation in your daily lives, will help you become advanced at performing meditation.
The Power of Meditation
We will now discuss the power of meditation. The best way to explain its power is by visualising a being sitting in a meditation pose and seeing a light emanating within it and brightening from the outside field of the being. We can describe meditation as the power of Light. It brightens your light that was dim inside you and be shown to the outside of you. Your Light shines, as we speak it.
The light of meditation helps you grow spiritually and become a beacon of light for others who may require assistance. That beacon of light is your aura. it emits frequencies that attract like-beings (like-minded) that can assist in raising consciousness. It is like a contagion for higher frequencies but disrupts those of lower frequencies.
Another power that lies within meditation is the perception of the world you see. We would like to say your world, however, many of you are on many different journeys in stages of life paths and on many different frequencies. Nevertheless, we will discuss this perception as a whole-view, the whole of being.
This power of perception is created through the levels of meditation. For example, the more you practice meditation, the more advanced you become therefore, the more your mind expands. It is that, the expansion of the mind, that leads to increased perception. This involves the perception of other beings around you and the perception of unattachment.
The perception of other beings is seeing others as they are. What we mean by that is these beings are on their own timeline of their own journey because, as we mentioned earlier, everyone of you is experiencing different timelines at this pivotal point of time in your world. As a summary to this part of perception, do not get involved with other beings' perceptions because they have their own. Thus, do not judge them or criticise them. Let them be. This moves us to the next perception, perception of unattachment.
With the concluding statement of no judgement and no criticism of the beings, he perception of unattachment is the leading power. When you let other beings be who they are, you create no attachments of feelings and play no part in their own world. You become the observer and may assist in guidance, if they wish to ask, because you perceive their world from the outside view - let us say, bird's eye view.
Establishment of Inner Peace
Applying the links of meditation in your daily tasks and feeling the powers of meditation establishes peace within you as a whole - meaning peace within and peace without.
Peace within is established from and in your mind. When you control your thoughts and quieten your mind you create a spatial void in your mind. No attachments to chaos, to thoughts and to any tasks that lower your vibrations that disconnect you from your soul - or Light. However, we would like to say as you practice more, you begin to discover and feel what your soul requires for nourishment such as, discovering your passions, leading a new path in career or residence, or seeking companionship that resonates with your soul. Once you connect with your soul, you become at peace with yourself.
Peace within yourself attracts the peace from outside yourself. This means, what you feel inside you, you will emanate that frequency from your auric field and attract that same frequency from outside source. Peace attracts peace and harmony and chaos of the mind attracts clutter and chaos. Therefore, what you FEEL inside is of upmost importance to the peace you seek from inside and outside.
